Join FOOD BOWL in The Tank of Chicago Athletic Association hotel for an afternoon of dynamic panel discussions on topics affecting the food and beverage industry. The Restaurant Summit will cover expansive issues from staffing shortages, openings and closings and even a first of its kind discussion of restaurant criticism.
