Largely credited with launching Brooklyn’s artisanal food movement, Andy Tarlow (Diner, Marlow & Sons, Reynard, Wythe Hotel, and more) has grown a restaurant empire on the simple idea that a meal can somehow be beautiful and ambitious, while also being unfussy and inviting.
