On the ninth day of Happy’s, my true love (Chicago Athletic Association hotel) presents to me: A visit from Santa and family-friendly movies.

Looking for a spot to entertain the little ones while still enjoying an adult beverage? Happy’s opens its doors to all on Sundays – whether you’re bringing the whole family, or just a kid at heart – with weekly movies and more from 12-7pm. This week, Santa stops by for a special visit from 1-4pm. Family-friendly movies will stream throughout the afternoon, including How The Grinch Stole Christmas at 12pm, The Polar Express at 2pm, and The Nightmare Before Christmas at 4:30pm.

Happy’s will be open for regular service from 12:00-7:00pm.

The Chicago Athletic Association hotel, Johalla Projects, and Land and Sea Dept. are overjoyed to announce the latest installment of the hotel’s “Mini-Bar” series – a recurring take-over of themed pop-up bars – with Happy’s.

Welcoming the naughty and nice alike, Happy’s lets visitors escape the Windy City weather so frightful for an experience that’s – well – delightful. Warm up with some liquid cheer crafted by Land and Sea Dept., break the ice over board games, and get in the spirit by participating in holiday programming each night.
