BELGITUDE: The King of Pastry at Cindy’s meets The Queen of Chocolate

Callebaut© – the world’s leading manufacturer of high quality Belgian chocolate and cocoa products – together with Executive Pastry Chef of Cindy’s Rooftop Jove Hubbard and Australian’s “Queen of Chocolate” Chef Kirsten Tibballs, announce a pop-up chocolate shop on Saturday the 17th and Sunday the 18th that promises to bring the famed culinary “Belgitude” to life through Belgian chocolate creations.

Chef Hubbard is thrilled to welcome Chef Tibballs and her expert approach to chocolate for two one-of-a-kind pop-up experiences a few steps north of the Michigan Avenue entrance of the hotel. Guests to the hotel and passersby alike are welcome to stop by to see what can be created when two refined chefs incorporate Callebaut’s finest Belgian chocolate and cocoa products into their creations. Drawing on recent chocolate trends including “Style Rebellion” desserts and food inspired by bold colors and fun designs, Chef Hubbard and Chef Tibballs will be on-hand to greet visitors and discuss their concepts.

Please note that this event is open to the public, selling treats and accepting cash only.
