Cochon555 is proud to announce BESPOKE: An Exploration of Taste & Thought taking place on Saturday, September 30 at the Chicago Athletic Association hotel as part of the Grand Cochon weekend. Join Cochon555 as they team up with The Oxford Food Symposium on Food & Cookery to present to you a day long summit about Food and Identity.

The event includes a series of keynote speeches, educational panels, and a roundtable discussion. Don’t think you’ll sit through an event about food feeling hungry! The event kicks off with cold brew and pastries, and later, a family-style luncheon. Proceeds from the event will benefit Piggy Bank charity and the American Friends of the Oxford Food Symposium on Food & Cookery.

About the Cochon555 US Tour
The Cochon555 US Tour executes a yearly host of authentic, hyper-local food events focused on raising awareness for heritage breed pigs through an innovative nose-to-tail pig cooking competition. This epic pork feast visits 20 major cities in North America annually and stages over 60 events.
