Cherry Circle Room New Year’s Eve
Cherry Circle Room is highlighting all of your shellfish favorites this New Year’s Eve with a special menu from Executive Chef Pete Coenen. The menu will be available in addition to CCR’s full dinner menu, and features Escargot and bone marrow, Lobster Escabèche, and Perigord black truffle tart. Optional additions include Italian white truffles, Royal Siberian Osstera Caviar, and Butter poached Lobster tail. Wine director Andrew Algren will have a special wine pairing available to ring in 2018 as well.
