Closing Reception: Victoria Martinez
Please join us for a closing reception celebrating Victoria Martinez, our Artist in Residence. Enjoy a welcome glass of wine on us, and get to know the artist behind the work, displayed in our second floor, through July.
An RSVP is suggested, but not required.
The CDC requires unvaccinated individuals to wear masks in public settings. If you are vaccinated, masks are optional for this event.
The four maps on display are inspired by the Psychogeographic guide of Paris created by Guy Debord and the Situationist International (SI) movement. The works of art are a reimagination of the maps made by the artist which includes Lake Michigan, the body, watermelon, a city wall, and Aztec mythology.
