Cocktail Workshop: Holiday Classics
The holidays are rapidly approaching, and so are comforting drinks to complement the season. In our fifth installation of the Cocktail Workshop Series, spend the afternoon with Cindy’s Beverage Manager Scotty LoBianco, and learn hands-on how to create festive, cold weather cocktails.
Scotty will highlight ways to incorporate ingredients like spices and herbs into a range of cocktails, featuring spirit-free mixers from Fever-Tree. You’ll leave with high end knowledge and the experience to put a twist on the standards.
Additionally, Scotty will be joined by The Cheese Board Queen (@cheeseboardqueen) for a live demo where she’ll share her tips and tricks for building the perfect holiday cheese board. The finished product will be available to snack on during class.

Since its opening in 2015, Cindy’s has been dedicated to bringing guests together over inventive cocktails and botanical concoctions, both large format and individually unique. New this year, Cindy’s Beverage Manager Scotty LoBianco hosts a series of hands-on cocktail & spiritfree workshops, featuring fresh takes and new approaches to the standard cocktail class. Whether taking one or more of these classes, participants will take a piece of Cindy’s home.
