Hot diggity dog, it’s 1893! We’re taking you back in time – with food. John Singer Sargent was highly regarded for his techniques of old and new, and tonight we adopt that same technique for sweet and savory snacks.

Treat your taste buds to our World’s “Fare” – classic recipes that rose to popularity during the World’s Columbian Exposition, elevated with modern-day techniques. Try a mini Chicago Dog and other savory snacks, then sample the famous, Bertha Palmer brownies. All treats made by our talented in-house team, Chef Josh & Chef Jove. Bites available while they last!
