It’s no surprise to anyone that Chicago’s restaurant community is growing, now we’re facing challenges of keeping up with the demand for talent. An expert group of panelists comes together to discuss the search for fresh faces, what they’re doing to overcome challenges and offering honest advice for those looking to enter the industry.
