Fitness Class: Roller Dance
“It’s the most fun you’ll have all week.”
Sharpen your skating skills and groove on wheels in this 90-minute class taught by pro skater Myesha McCaskill. As always, this class welcomes all levels of experience.
Continue building foundational skills such as stopping, gaining speed, and most importantly, how to fall safely. Then learn some of Myesha’s signature styles ranging from backwards skating to JB style, spins and freestyle skate.
Class A| 10:30AM – 12:00PM
Class B| 12:30PM – 2:00PM
Per the mandate from the City of Chicago, masks are required while in public indoor areas, regardless of vaccination status. Thanks for your commitment to keeping one another safe.
Myesha McCaskill has always surrounded herself with her community, advocating for youth and adults through fitness in Chicago. Myesha developed her love of skating over the last 27 years and is a true talent on wheels. So much so, she was featured in Showtime’s drama series The Chi and the wildly popular documentary, United Skates.
Myesha’s motivation and drive to push Chicago skate culture forward is incredibly admirable. We can’t wait for you to meet her.
Is there a minimum age requirement?
Roller Dance Fitness is open to adults 18+.
Do you have skates? Can I bring my own?
Yes and yes! Borrow a pair of ours (sizes 5-15 available), or bring your own.
What’s the refund policy?
Refunds will not be issued, however you can transfer your ticket to another guest.
