(Sold Out) Honey, Honey: Cocktails and Conversation
As part of our ongoing environmental series with the Natural Resource Defense Council (NRDC), we’re dedicating an evening to pollination education – and honey cocktails!
Kick things off with a hands-on cocktail workshop, led by Cindy’s Rooftop lead bartender, incorporating the star ingredient: honey from the Chicago Honey Co-Op. Then sip, sit back, and learn about the importance of pollinators and the threats they’re facing with a conversation between NRDC’s Pollinator Expert Rebecca Riley and Chicago Honey Co-Op’s Brittany Buckles. Stick around after for a Q+A.
$5 from each ticket directly benefits the Chicago Honey Co-Op.
