Starting August 8 (and every Monday and Tuesday in August after), Milk Room is becoming the Milk Shake!

Beverage Director Raul Jaimes and Bar Manager Samantha Parrie are flipping the space’s concept on its head, and offering dive bar drinks in the Milk Room’s hallowed halls. The menu for the pop-up features two sides: Milk and Shake. The Shake side offers dive bar classics you know and love — think great versions of Long Island Ice Teas, Lemon Drops, Kamikazes, Wisconsin Old Fashioneds, and more — while the Milk side keeps things firmly footed in the rare spirits world, offering the same drinks but made with Milk Room’s rare and vintage spirits. Want to try a Long Island Ice Tea made with 1980’s Suntory Banzai Vodka and 1970’s Barclays Gin? Now’s your chance.

The Milk Shake will be walk-in only on a first-come, first-served basis, with walk-up service at the bar. The hours are 4pm to 10pm, Mondays and Tuesday in August starting August 8th.
