On Your Mark presents: BOXING
Want to learn the basics of boxing? Join us every Tuesday morning for a class that is designed to be an introduction to boxing techniques while incorporating heart pumping drills at the same time. Guests will use rope, gloves and target mitts. Led by On Your Mark Trainer, Olivia May (ACE Certified; BFA Dance).
This class, taking place in our fitness studio on the 9th floor, is available for up to 6 hotel guests per session. Signing up is free and first come, first served by simply calling the concierge desk from your suite at #7014 or the hotel’s main line at 312 792 3500 to reserve your spot.
