Sparkling and Oysters

When thinking about gathering this winter, we wanted to create intimate but exciting moments surrounded by things we can all agree on: quality food, good drinks and nice atmosphere. With help from our friends at Southern Glazer Wine and Spirits, we’re taking over Cindy’s rooftop for a private tasting and oyster experience.

Guests will be greeted with a welcome toast and then led through tastings of 5 sparkling varietals from different regions of the world by Southern’s Master Sommelier, Serafin Alvarado. Our oyster pairings come from Island Creek, and are harvested daily and shipped overnight.

If you didn’t catch it up top, Cindy’s Rooftop will be closed for business during this event and we’ll have the space to ourselves.

The City of Chicago has issued a vaccination mandate for all indoor public gathering spaces and venues must implement a vaccine requirement for entry, in additional to the existing mask mandate. All participants must show a valid ID and vaccine card (photo or hardcopy OK) to gain entrance to this indoor facility.
